The coordination performance of various electrical components, hydraulic units, and mechanical mechanisms is significantly optimized, with each component complementing and influencing the others. I. Maintenance of the Hydraulic System When a machine tool has been used for a period of time, the viscosity and other performance indicators of the hydraulic oil will be affected, and the cleanliness of the oil will also decrease. This will have a significant negative impact on some precision hydraulic valves, causing wear. Therefore, the hydraulic oil should be filtered and settled approximately once a month, and replaced every three months as specified. This can improve the service life of hydraulic components. At the same time, all solenoid valves, pressure valves, throttle valves, relief valves, and pressure relays should be inspected. In particular, if the pressure gauge fluctuation exceeds ±0.5×10⁵ Pa, the machine must be stopped and the valve core cleaned with clean gasoline to ensure normal operation.

II. Maintenance of Electrical Systems Electrical systems mainly consist of control components such as relay outputs, input interfaces, electrical box modules, and cables that have been submerged in oil. These components should be inspected regularly. Cables should be routed overhead whenever possible, avoiding grounding, to prevent signal interruptions.

III. Maintenance of Mechanical Mechanisms The main maintenance of mechanical mechanisms includes ensuring that the bearing load-bearing accuracy meets requirements, that lubrication of all lubrication points is adequate, and that gear burns at high-speed operation and guide rail damage due to improper lubrication are avoided as much as possible.
