The sawtooth side circumferential angle is also controlled by servo motor, which increases the degree of automation. High, the angle adjustment is very convenient, there are a variety of grinding methods to choose from, the grinding wheel loss is automatically compensated, and can be set according to the actual grinding wheel loss, the physical button cooperates with the electronic handwheel to easily set the tool, and the operation is simple.

● This machine uses a three-axis manipulator to automatically load and unload saw blades, and is designed to automatically detect multiple blades and correct errors. It operates smoothly, has precise positioning, is highly efficient, and saves labor. One person can manage multiple pieces of equipment.

● The grinding mechanism is modular in design, and the main components are all made of cast iron, with high rigidity and good stability! It uses Taiwan's Shangyin precision roller guides and Japan's NSK precision bearings, with a grinding accuracy of ≤0.01MM.

● The guide rail transmission module mechanism and the electrical cabinet are rear-closed and completely isolated from the grinding and cutting fluid. An electric lubrication pump is used to program the oil supply to lubricate the guide rail, extending the service life of the equipment.
